DUI and License Reinstatement: This includes defense of the criminal charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, as well as all administrative proceedings needed to attempt to reinstate your driving privileges.

Deportation Hearings:  Including Immigration Court Proceedings and any and all possible appeals.

Misdemeanor Defense: Complete defense of any charge categorized as a misdemeanor in Illinois. These kind of cases include most shoplifting, battery, domestic battery, marijuana possession, reckless driving, and other cases for which the maximum possible penalty is less than one year in jail.

Felony Defense:  Complete defense of all crimes categorized as felonies in Illinois.  Examples include aggravated DUI, aggravated battery, sex crimes, robbery, many fraud cases, and most all violent crimes.

Divorce and Child Custody: I handle even the most difficult child custody issues, as well as more ordinary divorces.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy: Discharge of your debt.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy:  A repayment plan.  Very useful for getting your driving privileges back if they have been suspended due to debts of various kinds owed to the government, and for stopping foreclosures.

Traffic Tickets and Municipal Violations:  In any jurisdiction.

Business License Revocation:  Any type of license, administrative hearing.

SNAP Vendor Revocation:  After trafficking charge, or for other reasons.

Personal Injury:  Car accidents, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, or any other personal injuries.

Foreclosure Defense:  I can help you stay in your home, if you wish, or get out in a way that is advantageous to you.

Eviction - Landlord:  Get rid of the troublesome tenant who just won't leave.
